Shipping policy

All our clients have the option to select the service method and the company's preference for their shipment. All shipments are Free On Board (FOB), which means that the company is not responsible for late shipments, lost packages, customs fees, or any damage created during handling by the shipping service.

Shipping to Canada: Delivery time is subject to your country's customs policy and is not the responsibility of the shipping company and/or Orangu Sport USA.

The initial shipping fee is non-refundable once the product has been shipped, if the customer wants to change the delivery address or cancel the order once the package has been shipped, a fee of $15 USD will be charged.

-Domestic shipments have an estimated arrival time of 2-7 days throughout the continental United States.

-International shipments have an estimated arrival time of 4 to 35 days, depending on the shipping service selected. Please note that customs in your country may take some time to process.

Shipping rates:

All shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, volume and delivery time of your package. The shipping price will be displayed before payment at the checkout stage of placing your order.
