THE PURCHASED PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED
You can change it within 10 days from the date of receipt by contacting us at servicioalcliente@orangusport.com
The product must be returned unused, with all its original packaging and in perfect condition. You must present your ballot,
dispatch order or exchange ticket.
LEGAL WARRANTY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the purchased product has manufacturing, materials, parts and pieces deficiencies, in such a way that the product is not
suitable for its intended use or is clearly different from what is indicated in its advertising, you have the right to request,
to your option and within 3 months from the date of receipt, one of the following alternatives:
The replacement of the product, after restitution of the defective product
Free repair of this
The return of the amount paid, after restitution of the defective product. Must present your ballot, dispatch order or exchange
ticket.
Before proceeding with the repair of the product, its replacement or the return of the amount paid, Orangu Sport will be able
to check that the product does not present faults or damages attributable to the consumer.
